A link to the language home is needed

Description

I propose to turn the language name (at the top of the page) into a proper link.

Currently, from left to right:

The link should point to the language's default link, for instance  http://translate.wordpress.com/projects/wpcom/fr/default for fr_FR.

Among the usages: after importing a translation, you have no choice but to click on the "WordPress?.com" text, and then click on your language. One click too many :)
