Description

It would be nice to be able to create a project that automatically updates its strings list from a project in SVN - something similar to how a POT file can be generated from wp.org SVN.

This will be probably be a plugin, which works with the the Jobs system:  http://code.trac.wordpress.org/wiki/JobsDocs

Apart from that a WP-like cron makes sense, too.
