Reputation System

For translation work done, translators could receive some sort of reputation points, similar to stackoverflow. It would perhaps give extra points for translating less popular projects, or less popular languages.

Again, like stackoverflow, an achievement/badge system could be fun, and useful for encouraging translators. Have a bronze/silver/gold level for each medal, based on the number of times the translator has performed that task. Some examples that could be adapted:  http://stackoverflow.com/badges
