Description (last modified by nacin)
I still think translation memory from Poedit is useful for teams managing multiple related projects (WordPress?, BuddyPress?, bbPress, etc). Currently fuzzy is only set by using bulk Google translation. I think importer should respect the fuzzy status.
(See #84) ~Setting status to "waiting"
Currently, the only way a string becomes "waiting" is when a non-validator adds its translation. I propose allowing manual change of the status to "waiting".
~For a situation where there are multiple validators, we had been using the fuzzy status of Poedit as "pending" before discussing the translation with other validators. I sometimes set "current" translation to "fuzzy" if I find it odd or questionable while reviewing someone else's translation.
~GlotPress is great for collaboration among one validator and multiple contributors, but in the situation like ours (which is not uncommon) we need a pending/in review status other than the initial entry by contributors. Ability to set "waiting" status via inline or bulk edit will solve this problem.

- Summary changed from Allow validator to set status as "waiting" & import "fuzzy" to Import "fuzzy" flag
Let's move the discussion for waiting to #84.
Also, 'normal' GlotPress users should be able to import - their newly imported strings (meaning not previously translated ones) should switch to status 'waiting' automatically. Existing ones should be ignored (as with the validator import).

I agree. 138-fuzzy.diff seems to implement this, though I may be missing something.
While this could go into just bulk actions, that isn't very intuitive, but I'm not sure where it can/should go in the details pane. I welcome an idea for how to add this to the UI.
