search results for a specific term shows other strings not including the term

Description

When the translator is searching for a specific string, e.g. "tag", search results should only display source and/or target strings containing that particular term.

Currently, it does not appear to be working correctly: e.g. when searching for "tag", results would include e.g. "Cheatin’ uh?" and "None".
