Description

The following Notice appears on all GlotPress pages on an SVN head install:

Notice: Use of undefined constant CUSTOM_TAGS - assumed 'CUSTOM_TAGS' in /home/pentonet/public_html/translations/gp-includes/backpress/functions.kses.php on line 34

Workaround is to remove GP_DEBUG from gp-config.php

It is happening because of  this, when it would be fixed in BackPress (see  this ticket), it would also be fixed here. So closing this ticket.
