Description

I think that would will a very nice feature to include Microsoft Translator (which is more accurate than Google translator) as Google is.

This patch contains the back end for Bing translator (the UI will need to be added) and a fix for Google-translated strings containing ' and " everywhere.

The patch also adds two constants that should be defined in the config file:  GP_GOOGLE_KEY and  GP_BING_KEY.
